LUCENT is a multi-disciplinary program that aims to develop effective leaders for primary care transformation in urban communities.ΓÇ»
Residents who participate in this two-year program will:
- Have expanded ambulatory clinical training
- Participate in seminars focused on primary care, leadership and transformation for urban and underserved populations
- Lead practice innovation projects in their clinics with strong mentorship
- Collaborate with primary care residents and faculty across multiple disciplines
- Be prepared to enter primary care positions and leadership roles in academic and community practices that care for the underserved
